Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items will be shipped according to the approximate ship date shown in the product description.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tori Soudan Brand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@torisoudan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to PO boxes will be sent via USPS

POLICY

We are happy to accept the returns of unworn merchandise (shoe soles must be clean) in sellable condition within 15 days of the date the order was shipped. We reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of wear.

RETURN

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchanged. Any discounted item cannot be returned for a refund; however, it may be exchanged or a store credit can be issued. Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. When a prepaid return label is provided, a standard $20 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, store credit, or exchange value.

Exchanges can be initiated using our online return portal. We will email you once your return is received, inspected, and accepted. Please allow 3–5 business days from the time your return is delivered to us for your new item to ship. Return shipping labels are provided, with a $20 shipping fee deducted from the exchange value.

Store Credit
Store credits can be initiated using our online return portal. We will email you once your return is received, inspected, and accepted. We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order (outbound shipping fees are non-refundable). Return shipping labels are provided, with a $20 shipping fee deducted from the store credit.

Refunds
Refunds can be initiated using our online return portal. We will email you once your return is received, inspected, and accepted. Please allow 3–5 business days from the time your return is delivered to us to process the refund (outbound shipping fees are non-refundable). It may take an additional 1–3 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. Return shipping labels are provided, with a $20 shipping fee deducted from the refund.

Return Process
To start a return, simply enter your order number along with your zip code, phone number, or email address using our online return portal. You will then be able to print a prepaid return label. All returns processed with our prepaid labels are subject to a $20 shipping fee, deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange value.
