First the chat line responses were prompt and helped me quickly find shoes in my size (12). When I removed my boots from the box I fell in love with the soft leather and the phenomenal design. Then I put them on my feet with ease and knew I would be a forever client. Although the toe box appears narrow they felt great after walking around the house for an hour or two.
