      Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tori Soudan Brand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

      How do I check the status of my order?

      When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

      If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@torisoudan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

      Shipping to P.O. boxes

      Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to PO boxes will be sent via USPS

  • Returns & Exchanges

    • At Tori Soudan, we appreciate your business and value you as a customer. As your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns of unworn merchandise (the soles must be clean) in sellable condition for a full refund, a store credit, or exchange.

      • Returns and exchanges are accepted with 7 days that your merchandise is delivered.
      • Tori Soudan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the merchandise is in sellable condition.

      Please note that when a fundraising code is used, all preorder styles are non-refundable. You can only receive a store credit if you wish to return while using a fundraising code.

      How to Make a Return or Exchange 

      Within 7 days after receiving your merchandise, email us at info@torisoudan.com and provide us with your order number. Simply indicate if you would like to exchange or return your merchandise. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. In order to receive a full refund, your unworn item must be shipped within 2 days from the date that our prepaid label is emailed to you.  A store credit will be issued after this period up to 7 days following the date that the shipping label is sent to you. Please allow up to 15 days for processing your return and it will be credited to your original form of payment.
